Prepare, schedule and organize
committee meetings. Prepare and submit committee reports in time to be
included in the quarterly board books. Solicit, review and approve nominees for
Directors and Officers. Activity Report:
The nominating committee will have
fulfilled its duty by submitting a slate of officers and directors to the
