The Panhandle Chapter No. 16 is chartered under provisions of Article XII of the Constitution of the Society and whose objective is to advance the profession of Surveying on a local level. Chapter 16 covers Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Swisher, and Wheeler Counties.
