The Survey Project Manager is responsible for the identification of business opportunities; define and plan projects accurately within the budget and scope guidelines; build project teams, coordinate and monitor work involved with the tasks; and assure the scope of work is carried out in accordance with terms of agreement, corporate culture and integrated business model.  

• Plays a key role in business development, including pre-proposal contacts, proposal preparation and presentations, client maintenance and support for the firm’s public relations program.
• Coordinates work between office staff, Field Survey Personnel, and other required professionals, it ensure accurate, thorough correct work and continuous communication on all project stakeholders.  
• Provides weekly progress and status reports on project deliverables to all project stakeholders and management team.
• Prepare and execute quality control reviews, safety and quality assurance procedures.
• Effectively conveys our Integrated Business Model in both written and verbal business development discussions.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

This position is responsible for administering surveying activities which include oversight of manpower, technical resources, and client communication for multiple projects. 5 year’s experience with knowledge of Oil/Gas exploration and Pipeline a plus. Also, proficient in AutoCAD, and GIS.
R.P.L.S. registration in TX or ability to become registered within 1 year.

• Ability to relate to clients and people at all levels of the organization.
• Must possess excellent communication, diplomacy and listening skills; specifically, be accessible and responsive to the needs of clients.  
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings and the most complex documents. Ability to operate computer, using technical software and other applications, spreadsheets, and other business software.

Survey Field Coordinator: (Job ID: D155). HS/GED with Surveyor-In-Training (SIT) Certification. Experience with AutoCAD, Trimble Robotic Total Stations, GPS, and TSC2 data collectors. Will be responsible for supervision, training, and development of survey crew personnel. Will assist Survey Manager in assigning work, quality control, implementation of procedures to improve productivity and work product.

Instrument Operator: (Job ID: D154).  HS/GED w/ experience with Trimble GPS and Robotic Total Station.  

SURVEY DEPARTMENT – Houston, TX

Sr. CADD Designer/CAD Manager: (Job ID: H066).  HS graduate w/minimum 5 yrs experience in general civil & land development, design & prioritizing work, & managing apps for multiple CAD designers/operators. Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Microstation. Experience w/CAD 3D and/or Geopak a+.

Survey Technician: (Job ID: H067).  SIT preferred with 5 years experience in land surveying, boundary, construction and topographic surveying. Must know Microstation, AutoCAD and Coordinate Geometry. 

Must have clean driving record for all positions above.
