SAN ANGELO - Ron W. Jones, 59, RPLS #4392, of San Angelo, Texas, passed away, Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, in Jal, N.M. His parents Clarence and Maureen Jones preceded him in death. Ron was born Aug. 2, 1952, and raised in San Angelo and went on to graduate from Central High School. In 1974, he earned his bachelor of science in physics with honors from the University of Texas. He then received a master's degree in business administration at Angelo State University in 1979. He worked for the Texas Department of Transportation and the City of San Angelo before starting his company, Greystone Engineering.
